We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team in Greensboro, NC. If you are a proven leader with strong technical expertise, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.

About the Role

As a Plumbing Foreman, you will lead field crews and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Project Managers to review project specifications and plan materials, labor, and equipment needs
• Coordinate delivery and transportation of materials to job sites
• Select appropriate materials and ensure accurate labor and cost estimates
• Review blueprints, codes, and specifications to guide installation and work procedures
• Supervise plumbers, mechanics, and helpers to ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Coordinate work with other trades on multi-craft job sites
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges
• Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 10 years of plumbing experience in commercial or residential construction
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Dependable, organized, and safety-focused
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on leadership role in a construction environment. You can expect:

• Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
• Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Occasional driving between job sites
• Exposure to construction materials, tools, and equipment
