Commercial Product Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Contributing to distributor budget management,
• Performing weekly sales & performance reports related to distributor channels,
• Assisting the product manager with any type of support requests, including budget or inventory related routines,
• Analyzing supplier contracts, negotiating terms and conditions with respective distributors and partners when needed,
• Following the PC market and trends, and researching the market share of products,
• Reconciling campaign budgets with distributors and partners,
• Analyzing sales and stock conditions for relevant category lines,
• Managing the supply chain and shipping cycle to keep the sales team updated,
• Providing communication between HQ and region in order to improve relationships.
• Supporting the planning and execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Preparing and maintaining product-related documentation and presentations.
• Assisting in organizing trainings and events for distributors and partners.
• Monitoring competitor activities and reporting insights to the product manager.
• Ensuring high data accuracy and timely reporting for all assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 1 year of experience; preferably in the IT sector and within a product management team
• Good at negotiation and communication
• Experience in supply chain management
• Strong interest in PC technologies, market trends, and product management; technical knowledge about PC products is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, willing to take responsibility, and always acts in a customer-oriented manner
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with outstanding proficiency in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
• Innovative, team player, and able to adapt to changes easily
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Active driver license and no travel restrictions (preferably)
• Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul
