COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SALES

Starting at $125k/yr (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a driven, hardworking and personable individual to fill the commercial project management role out of our West Hatfield, MA location.

As a member of our Commercial team, your responsibilities will include:

• Review commercial project plans and specifications, product material takeoffs and turn them into accurate, competitive quotes.
• Manage submittals and project documentation, coordinate material deliveries and plan in advance to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain and grow new and existing commercial accounts through top-notch service, honest pricing and strong relationships.
• Accurately prepare sales orders, quotes and proposals, by working closely with our support and estimating teams.
• Work closely with our Vermont commercial sales team, building components division (trusses and wall panels) sales manager and ownership on strategic account development, pricing and project coordination.

Experience:

• Qualified candidates will have an in-depth knowledge of building material products, their applications and specifications.
• A proven background in project management at a commercial level. Must be comfortable on large scale jobsites.
• While not necessary, a background in sales is a plus
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints, produce accurate and competitive quotes and manage multiple projects at once
• Proficient in the commercial submittal process via construction management platforms such as Procore.
• A knowledge of building component manufacturing (roof trusses, floor trusses, wall panels) a plus.
• Proficient in computer software including Bluebeam, the Microsoft office suite, etc.
• Must be a self-motivated, reliable team player with an open mind and a strong work ethic.
