Commercial Property Accountant

We're looking for a sharp Property Accountant to own the financials for a portfolio of commercial properties. You'll report to the Controller and work closely with property managers and ownership to keep everything accurate and moving. This is a great company with a family style office. Long average tenure of employees and flexibility to work from home occasionally if needed.

What You'll Do

• Maintain general ledgers and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile AP, AR, bank accounts, and tenant ledgers
• Generate tenant charges and assist with collections and delinquencies
• Assist with annual budgets, reforecasts, and variance analysis
• Handle end-to-end OPEX reconciliations and NNN true-ups
• Support tax prep, compliance, and internal audit requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of commercial real estate or property management
• Hands-on experience with OPEX reconciliations and NNN lease accounting
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, MRI, or similar a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple deadlines

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
