Infinity Insurance Services, LLC is an independent adjusting firm with a national footprint. We are seeking an experienced in-office commercial property claims adjuster to join our claims team. This role demands strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the claims process. General Description:

As an in-office Commercial Property Claims Adjuster, you will play a critical role in evaluating commercial property claims from the desk. In-office adjusters collaborate closely with field adjusters, contractors, and insureds to resolve claims efficiently. You will review submitted estimates, reconcile scope and pricing discrepancies, and ensure all documentation meets carrier and internal standards. This position requires strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements for Consideration:

• High school or equivalent
• Valid AZ driver’s license and Proof of Insurance
• Pass a background check
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Able to work in an office setting – this is NOT a remote position.
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable property adjusting experience (desk or field)
• Proficiency in Xactimate, sketching, and estimate reconciliation
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with carrier guidelines and estimating best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

In-Office Commercial Property Claims Adjuster Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough review and reconciliation of Xactimate estimates, including third-party XA submissions
• Validate scope accuracy, pricing, and carrier compliance across all estimate types
• Communicate professionally with insureds and contractors, via phone and email
• Draft clear, concise, and audience-appropriate correspondence and claim summaries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely file resolution
• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to internal guidelines and standards
• Identify material types, damage categories, and repair methodologies with precision
• Uphold quality control standards as the final checkpoint before file submission

Salary:

• $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 / Annually
• Dependent on relevant experience
