We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Property Consultants to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the commercial property market and a passion for helping clients find their ideal investment or rental opportunities within the vibrant Dubai market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients seeking commercial properties for sale or lease.
- Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with the best property options.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the key features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Prepare and present detailed property proposals and reports.
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts including property owners, investors, and developers.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, or relevant sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial property market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally.
- Savings to support 3-6 months in a commission-based role.
- Attested Education Certificate.
