Commercial Property Facility Supervisor

Job Description:
We are hiring a Commercial Property Facility Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of commercial buildings. The role requires ensuring smooth facility services, safety compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily facility and maintenance operations for commercial properties.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Address tenant requirements promptly and professionally.
• Monitor facility expenses and assist in budgeting.
• Prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in facility management supervision, preferably in commercial property/buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety).
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Immediate joiner required.

Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month.
• Standard benefits as per UAE labor law.
