Location: Las Vegas / Henderson, NV

Salary: $48,000 – $50,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail, office, and select residential properties.

This role requires a self-starter with an ownership mindset who is financially strong, organized, and accountable. The ideal candidate operates independently, follows through consistently, and actively protects asset performance and cash flow.

Required

• Active Nevada Real Estate License with Property Management Permit
• Minimum 2+ years commercial property management experience
• Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong occupancy levels
• Market and lease available spaces
• Negotiate and draft lease agreements
• Manage rent collection and aggressively follow up on delinquencies
• Prepare and serve notices of default in compliance with Nevada law
• Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance schedules
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and contractor bids
• Oversee tenant improvement projects
• Review and approve invoices
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis
• Assist with annual budgets and business planning
