We are a Family-Owned DT LA based Real Estate & Development company seeking an experienced property manager to join our team.

You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and building service requests for our properties. Our properties range from strip centers, retail, boutique offices, and residential units.

Experience in dealing with tenants, vendors, acquiring and reviewing estimates, and understanding/knowledge of light construction & tenants’ improvements.

Experience with the city of Los Angeles Planning/Building & Safety departments, and application submittal process is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and coordinate all assigned properties
• Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of properties
• Investigate, resolve tenant requests and complaints
• Leasing - Tour vacant spaces, work with outside broker
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and work closely with the on-site repair personnel, handyman, vendors, and tenants
• Facilitate move-in and move-outs
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Drafting notices, postings, and communication via email

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in this field.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
• Ability to build rapport with tenants.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with property management software; AppFolio, Yardi or other comparable property management software.
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish).

Reliable Transportation required.

**This is not a remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
