Duties

• Actively build your CRM and database to assist clients in property searches by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other transaction terms to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, client communications, and property listings while fostering strong relationships through excellent communication skills.

Pay: $98,334.84 - $118,424.76 per year
