You need to already know commercial real estate or be willing to learn fast and on your own.
This is not a role where we slow down to teach the basics. You need a solid foundation. You need to understand how deals work, how to communicate with decision-makers, and how to navigate all types of commercial transactions.
You need to be able to walk into a room and read it. Read the energy. Read the person across from you. You need to know how to ask the right questions and lead with confidence.
And more than anything, you need hunger. Drive. A love for solving complex problems and building real relationships. You need to be ready to move fast and think even faster.
You will be mentored directly by me, Kris Lindahl. And you will be part of something that is expanding fast.
