MARKET: Northern New Jersey — including Jersey City, Hoboken, Hackensack, West Orange, Montclair, Harrison, Teaneck, Newark, The Jersey Shore, and surrounding submarkets.

THE ROLE

This is a full-time role supporting a major broker leading our New Jersey operations. You'll build and maintain client relationships, identify listings, analyze market trends, and facilitate transactions across Northern NJ's most active commercial and retail corridors.

Day to day, you will:

• Negotiate and close commercial leases and sales
• Conduct property tours and manage commercial transactions end-to-end
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Build long-term relationships with clients, major brands, and industry professionals
• Work directly with property owners and tenants to meet their needs
• Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and stay current on trends and regulations
• Collaborate with the brokerage team to hit organizational goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of retail leasing and sales experience — required
• Active New Jersey Real Estate License — required
• Experience in commercial real estate brokerage, sales, and transactions
• Strong understanding of Northern NJ commercial markets and trends
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with CRM and real estate management software
• Can reliably commute to the job location and start immediately
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to accept a background check
