Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst based in Chicago, IL. The Analyst will evaluate potential investments by conducting detailed financial modeling, performing underwriting, and analyzing market data. Responsibilities include Assume ownership of the firm’s research and database function, preparing comprehensive financial analysis, assisting with due diligence, and supporting the execution of real estate finance transactions. The Analyst will work closely with team members and clients to deliver tailored capital solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex real estate data
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Underwriting methodologies
• Experience conducting Due Diligence and assessments for real estate transactions
• Working knowledge of Finance principles and practices related to commercial real estate
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal presentations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• Previous experience in commercial real estate or investment banking is a plus
