Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Job Description:
An established Law Firm has an immediate opening for an experienced, knowledgeable and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Attorney. This role will be based on their West Palm Beach office location. The Commercial Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel on real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and representing clients in negotiations.

Experience /Requirements:

• At least 4 years of commercial real estate law experience
• Represent lenders, builders, real estate professionals and developers on large projects such as apartment buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, condominiums etc.
• Draft contracts, agreements (lending, leasing, acquisition and purchase)
• Skilled in negotiations
• Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
