Key Responsibilities

• Leads market analysis, tenant relations, lease negotiations, and financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Manages teams for property maintenance, marketing, vendor oversight, and compliance with local regulations like Qatar's real estate laws.

Required Qualifications

Requires 15+ years in commercial real estate, with expertise in Doha/Gulf markets, financial modeling, deal structuring, and leadership. Advanced degree (MBA preferred) and networks with developers/investors essential.

Pay: QAR88.00 - QAR290.00 per hour
