About The Company:

Etessami Properties is a commercial real estate investment and brokerage firm based in Great Neck, NY, focused on sourcing, acquiring, and dispositions of assets nationwide. We are actively working on retail shopping centers, mixed-use properties, multifamily assets, and single-tenant net leased investments (7-Eleven, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Chase Bank, Home Depot, etc.)

Our team has been involved in over 1,800 transactions across the country.

We provide immediate access to our database through live cloud-based CRM platform in addition to a suite of services allowing new team members to begin sourcing opportunities and building relationships from day one.

Qualifications:

· 1+ Year of Real Estate or Sales-Related Experience Is Preferred, But Not Mandatory

· Google Workspace | Microsoft Excel

· Highly Ambitious With An Entrepreneurial Mindset

· Detail-Oriented And Comfortable Working In A Fast-Paced Environment

Responsibilities:

· Source New Opportunities Through Outbound Calls and Relationship-Building

· Conduct market research and Identify Investment Opportunities

· Analyze Property Financials And Collaborate It With Team Members

· Develop And Assist In Client And Tenant Relationships

· Assist and Negotiate The Acquisition / Disposition Of Real Estate Assets Nationwide

What We Offer:

· Real Estate License to transact on commercial properties in most USA states
