We are a commercial real estate lending brokerage connecting borrowers with the right capital sources. We work with banks, credit unions, CMBS lenders, bridge lenders, insurance companies, and private capital to structure and place loans across all major asset classes and throughout the nation. Our competitive advantage is speed, expertise, and relationships.
We are seeking an experienced commercial real estate lending professional to manage the full transaction lifecycle from client loan application through closing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, hardworking, and self-motivated — someone who understands the mechanics of commercial real estate finance and can step in as a genuine contributor from day one.
Your background likely includes a title such as: Commercial Loan Processor, Commercial Mortgage Processor, Loan Officer, Loan Assistant, or Deal Coordinator.
• Manage the full loan processing cycle — intake through closing — ensuring all transactions stay on schedule and all stakeholders (borrower, lender, third-party report providers) are well serviced
• Review and organize borrower financial packages including tax returns, financial statements, rent rolls, operating statements, and entity documents
• Prepare loan submission packages tailored to specific lender requirements; identify and match appropriate lending partners based on deal type, asset class, and borrower profile
• Order, track, and review third-party reports including appraisals, Phase I environmental reports, title commitments, and property condition assessments
• Serve as the primary borrower contact — communicate requirements, timelines, and status updates professionally and consistently; provide white-glove service throughout the process
• Coordinate directly with lenders, underwriters, and loan officers to facilitate timely processing and respond promptly to all requests
• Coordinate closings with title companies and attorneys; review commitment letters and term sheets, and manage all closing conditions through to funding
• Maintain accurate deal, borrower, and lender records in the company CRM; log all communications and generate pipeline reports
• Actively reach out to lender relationships to stay current on loan programs, and input data gathered into the CRM to grow our database knowledge; assist in managing and developing the CRM system
• Support marketing efforts including company-designed materials, email campaigns, and LinkedIn content
• 3–7 years of experience in a commercial real estate lending capacity with strong working knowledge of various loan types such as bridge, permanent, construction, SBA, etc.
• Familiarity with major commercial property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, operating statements, and legal documents such as real estate contracts
• Experience ordering and managing third-party reports: appraisals, environmental reports, title commitments, and property condition assessments
• Skilled at managing multiple transactions simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and consistent follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with working knowledge of CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-friendly demeanor
• Marketing background and/or working knowledge of Canva
• Deeper experience with CRM systems and workflow automation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including financial modeling, formulas, pivot tables, and charts and graphs — particularly as applied to commercial real estate analysis such as cash flow projections, loan sizing, and property performance summaries
We are a small, close-knit team that takes our work seriously and looks out for one another. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who brings:
• Positive attitude and composure under pressure
• Strong work ethic and consistent follow-through on commitments
• Team-first mindset with open, honest communication
• Reliability, accountability, and a client-first approach
• Integrity, adaptability, and a genuine hunger to grow
• Autonomous work ethic and the ability to manage your own priorities
• Equal parts problem identifier and problem solver
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, performance-based bonus tied to deal volume and closing metrics, and opportunity for growth within an expanding entrepreneurial firm. This role offers both in-office and hybrid work potential.
