Commercial Real Estate Summer Intern

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Complete our annual market survey to determine accurate market rents & NNN expenses at each Shopping Center in the portfolio, as well as track vacancy and leasing activity at each competing shopping center.

2) Create and implement marketing campaigns for prospective tenants including, but not limited to,

a. Create call lists for target/prospective tenants/uses and cold calling those prospective tenants.

b. Create and send mailings to prospective tenants

c. Update marketing material

3) Manage prospective tenant database

4) Prepare and update reports regarding property leasing activity

5) Perform Void Analysis –to determine uses underserved in the market

6) Prepare leasing team for trade shows

7) Manage/update all marketing material including, but not limited to:

a. Keep all signate up to date

b. Create leasing posters designs and other marketing material/signage on Adobe Illustrator

c. Update/create posts for available spaces on Craigslist, LoopNet, Crexi

d. Social Media Marketing

e. Update brochures & directory inserts

f. Update website

8) Underwriting prospective tenants

9) Additional marketing duties as requested by your supervisor

Pay: $18.00 per hour
