Our technicians are the backbone of our company, and we treat them like family.If you’re a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician or HVAC Service Tech looking for steady year-round work, strong benefits, and a company that values its team, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Commercial Refrigeration / HVAC Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and install a wide range of commercial equipment while running your own service calls.You’ll work with equipment such as:

• Walk-in coolers and freezers
• Reach-in refrigeration units
• Rooftop units (RTUs)
• Ice machines
• Cook-line and restaurant equipment
• Indoor air quality systems (IAQ)

Technicians operate from a fully stocked company service truck and maintain clear service records while providing excellent customer service.What We're Looking ForRequired

• 3+ years commercial refrigeration or HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with restaurant equipment
• Experience servicing RTUs or HVAC systems
• Controls and electrical diagnostics experience
