We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration systems and maintaining HVAC equipment across multiple locations. Your expertise will ensure our facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely, supporting our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration units, including ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R equipment
• Install new refrigeration following schematics and technical specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for proper system troubleshooting and repair
• Conduct equipment repairs using tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports of all repairs and inspections performed
• Support property maintenance tasks including appliance repair and general mechanical upkeep

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician specializing in refrigeration or related mechanical fields
• Strong knowledge of construction principles related to commercial refrigeration installation and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with field service operations in commercial or industrial settings
• Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures for HVAC/R systems
• Mechanical knowledge including plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and equipment repair techniques
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred

Pay: $32.50 - $40.00 per hour
