Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and related mechanical equipment.
• Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections of refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, boilers, and plumbing infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Utilize specialized tools such as ohmmeters to repair electrical circuits and mechanical components.
• Diagnose complex problems, HVAC/R units, and appliance repair tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance data for reporting purposes.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks including equipment repair and general mechanical upkeep.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on commercial refrigeration or HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction-related projects or property maintenance.
• Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles,
• Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Experience working in field service environments with a focus on appliance repair and equipment maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
