About the Opportunity We are a boutique equipment and supply company and a sister organization to an internationally recognized, award-winning brand that recently placed 3rd at the Gelato World Championships in Italy - IL Gelato Hawaii. As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC Technician who is looking for more than just a job. We are searching for a high-level professional who has the ambition to grow into a key leadership role within our organization.

We will provide specialized training and the opportunity to advance as a core member of our strategic team.

The Role

You will be responsible for the health and efficiency of specialized refrigeration and HVAC systems.

• Diagnostics: Efficiently diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment and components.
• Maintenance: Manage and perform routine maintenance on a variety of equipment, from small units to large-scale systems.
• Field Operations: Schedule and perform service calls and specialized projects.
• Customer Relations: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and professional etiquette.
• Management: Coordinate with administration, manage work orders, and maintain inventory of tools and supplies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of commercial or industrial HVAC/R service experience.
• Education: Successful completion of an approved apprenticeship, trade school, or vocational program.
• Specialization: Experience in installation and service of commercial equipment, including ice machines.
• Licensing: Valid Refrigeration License (EPA Type I & II or 608 Universal).
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Attributes: Highly motivated, safety-minded, and a "happy multi-tasker" who enjoys client interaction.
• Tools: Must possess basic hand tools necessary to complete work.
