Your New Role

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and repairing a full range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across Cedar Park, TX and the surrounding 100-mile radius.

Your daily mission will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems including RTUs, boilers, chillers, VRFs, and split systems
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Troubleshooting BAS controls
• Keeping accurate service records and ensuring jobsite safety and compliance
• Representing Minyard Sons Services with professionalism at every client interaction

Job requirements (MUST HAVE TRADESMEN OR LICENSE)**

• 6-10 years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• Manufacturer Certifications (Trane, AAON, Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Valent)
• Experience with Boilers, Chillers, RTUs, VRF Systems, Split Systems
• Ability to troubleshoot BAS controls (preferred)
• HVACR Certification from an accredited program
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to be on-call and work on weekends as needed
