Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Roll-Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up dumpsters at designated locations while ensuring a high standard of customer service and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver and collect dumpsters.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and service requests.
• Inspect and maintain the truck and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Identify mechanical issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Navigate difficult driving conditions, both on and off-road, including tight spaces and challenging weather.
• Maintain flexibility for inconsistent work schedules, including potential weekend and after-hours work.
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm locations, service times, and address any inquiries.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies during operations.
• Report any issues or accidents immediately to management.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating .
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the waste management industry.
• Technical skills related to operating and troubleshooting technology and software used in commercial vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods while driving.
