Better Colorado is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to help us continue expanding throughout the state of Colorado.

We are looking for a self-motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with an established network and existing book of business within commercial real estate, property management, multi-family, industrial, or exterior construction markets.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced rep who wants the freedom to operate independently while having the full backing of a well-supported company with strong operations, technology, and production systems.

  • Property management companies
  • HOAs

  • Residential homeowners

Position Overview

This is a remote field-sales role. You will be responsible for managing and developing your own relationships, prospecting opportunities, meeting with customers and prospects, conducting inspections, preparing estimates, and closing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and close commercial and residential exterior projects
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct roofing and siding inspections
  • Develop proposals and estimates
  • Manage customer communication throughout the sales process
  • Maintain pipeline activity and customer information in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams for project execution
  • Develop referral and repeat business opportunities
  • Attend appointments with prospects and existing clients

Qualifications

Required:
We are specifically looking for someone who:

  • Has strong roofing or exterior sales experience
  • Already maintains industry relationships and customer contacts
  • Is highly self-motivated and independent
  • Can manage their own schedule and pipeline
  • Understands commercial sales cycles and relationship-based selling
  • Wants long-term growth and substantial earning potential

Preferred:

  • Experience with insurance restoration
  • Familiarity with estimating using software like BlueBeam or PlanSwift
  • Experience presenting to executive boards
