Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Must have at least 2 year verifiable commercial roofing experience

Must have working experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod-Bit, Metal Panels-Roof, Wall & Soffit

Ability to work and communicate with General Contracting Superintendent & Consultants

Manage Multiple Crews

Order and manage materials

Manage Safety Programs

Must have a valid and current Texas driver license

Determining necessary resources for each project

Providing guidance and supervision as required

Performing analyses of each project before, during, and after the project

Ability to communicate clearly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
