Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our Commercial Division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through both new opportunities and enhancements to existing services.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for commercial clients and plays a critical role in ensuring contract compliance, service quality, and long-term client retention. The ideal candidate brings a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to identify growth opportunities while delivering a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals
  • Document all communications and activities using HubSpot and RingCentral
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and adherence to contractual obligations
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize Aspire to document issues and communicate with operations teams to resolve deficiencies
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and expand market share
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct warm outreach and engage in consultative selling to understand client needs
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Identify and propose enhancement opportunities for landscaping, snow, and parking lot maintenance services
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that increase service value and revenue
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
  • Monitor and ensure all contractual obligations are consistently met
  • Provide clients with updates and reporting regarding service performance
  • Identify and prioritize top daily objectives and update the Monday.com board to reflect progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and implementation
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity, manage leads, and generate reports

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and close sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), Monday.com, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial landscaping, snow removal, or parking lot maintenance services
  • Familiarity with Aspire or similar operational software
  • Proven success in consultative selling and account growth strategies
  • Experience analyzing market trends and competitor activity

Pre-Employment Requirements

Employment offers may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and verification of employment eligibility.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
