Commercial Sales Representative

Are you driven by results, energized by building relationships, and motivated by uncapped earning potential? Progressive Mechanical Services, a locally owned HVAC/R company established in 2017, is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to help expand our commercial HVAC customer base and drive long-term revenue growth.

In this role, you'll focus on developing relationships with commercial clients, identifying service opportunities, and closing new business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting with decision-makers, and building partnerships that create lasting value for customers.


Pay Range:
On target earnings of $120,000 - 200,000 annually; base plus commission

Position: Commercial HVAC Sales Representative

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 - 4:30pm

Your Role as an Commercial Sales Rep:

  • Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Build strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, and business owners
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs, operations, and long-term service goals
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Perform site visits and facility walkthroughs to identify opportunities for service agreements and solutions
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales, business development, or commercial sales experience
  • Experience in the construction, HVAC, or service-based industries is required
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skill
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Comfortable conducting onsite client visits and facility walkthroughs
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for customer meetings
  • Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow within a small business environment
