Commercial Senior Specialist

SUMMARY:

Support ACP commercial objective by conducting financial analysis, proposing attractive incentive packages, and researching the best market practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis & Market Research

- Analyze the financial data and market trends to identify opportunities.

- Draft incentive strategies.

- Evaluate the profitability of existing routes.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide data insights for the targeted routes.

- Analyze performance and recommend adjustments as needed.

- Create performance reports.

• Package Development

- Develop attractive packages and pricing models.

- Design incentive structures.

- Work closely with the contract team on contract negotiations.

• Stakeholder Management & Communication

- Collaborate with airlines and ecosystem partners.

- Conduct surveys and gather feedback from ACP stakeholders.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases to communicate findings, recommendations and performance to internal stakeholder, senior management, or as needed

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or equivalent (required).

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a related field.

• Experience in the aviation sector will be considered an advantage.
