'Responsibilities'
' Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.(MUST HAVE TRADESMEN or LISCENSED)*PAY is Subject to Experience*

• Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
• Assist in remodeling and renovation projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.'
• Proven experience as a commercial plumber or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
