Commercial Siding Installer

$47.00 – $58.83 per hour
Full-Time | Year-Round | Chicagoland Area

We are hiring experienced Commercial Exterior Siding Installers for new construction and rehab projects throughout the Chicagoland area.

This is a skilled installer position.
If you do not have at least 5 years of hands-on siding installation experience, this role is not a fit.

Scope of Work

Installation of commercial exterior cladding systems including:

• Fiber Cement
• Metal Composite Material (MCM) Panels
• Insulated Metal Panels (IMP)
• Single-Skin Sheet Metal Systems
• Architectural Wall Panel Systems

Residential siding experience may be considered only if you have strong install knowledge and production-level capability.

Daily work includes layout, reading drawings, panel installation, working from lifts, and maintaining commercial jobsite standards.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet all of the following:

• Minimum 5 years siding installation experience
• Commercial cladding experience preferred
• Ability to read and work from shop drawings
• Comfortable working at heights daily
• Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts
• Valid driver’s license
• Own basic hand tools
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Foreman-level leadership ability is a plus.

This is not an entry-level or helper position.
