This role will be part of the most rapidly growing segment within Fluor, one that spearheads transformative projects in the nuclear power industry.
The Commercial Strategies Lead provides leadership in developing and driving supply chain commercial strategies that influence capital cost, execution risk, and overall business outcomes for projects and pursuits, with a primary focus on nuclear projects. While the role has a primary focus on nuclear projects, candidates with experience in similar complex EPC environments, capital‑intensive industries are strongly encouraged. This role partners with project leadership, category management, and global sourcing teams to shape sourcing and risk mitigation strategies across the full project lifecycle.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $92,000.00 - $171,000.00
