Commercial Team Leader – Riyadh


Reports To: Riyadh Region Manager

Department: Real Estate Development & Contracting


Role Summary


The Commercial Team Leader oversees all commercial activities in the residential and commercial property portfolio, including leasing, sales, and marketing operations. The role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, implementing commercial strategies, ensuring service excellence, and supervising daily leasing operations. The position requires strong market knowledge, team leadership, relationship management, and operational discipline. 


Key Responsibilities


Commercial Operations


  • Lead the leasing and sales team for both residential and commercial properties. 
  • Develop and execute leasing and marketing plans to achieve company targets. 
  • Conduct market studies and competitor analysis. 


Operational Excellence


  • Oversee all daily leasing operations and monitor KPIs. 
  • Ensure units are received from tenants after vacating and from the facilities team after preparation. 
  • Conduct property tours to verify service quality and readiness. 


Customer Experience


  • Build strong relationships with investors and developers. 
  • Handle customer complaints and propose effective solutions. 
  • Ensure all leasing processes adhere to approved policies and compliance requirements. 


Documentation & Systems


  • Manage handover and takeover documentation. 
  • Upload units into platforms such as Sakani as required. 
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems. 


People Leadership


  • Train, coach, and develop team members. 
  • Motivate staff to achieve performance and revenue objectives. 
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment. 


Technical Skills


  • Negotiation and deal closing 
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations (residential + commercial) 
  • Market analytics and pricing understanding 
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel + PowerPoint)

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 
  • Minimum 5 years in leasing/sales/marketing in residential & commercial real estate 
  • “Fal” certification preferred 
  • Arabic and English proficiency
