Commercial Transactional Paralegal

Blanco Tackabery, a mid-size law firm in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking an experienced commercial transactional paralegal to join our Transactional Practice Group.

The ideal candidate for this position must have:

• A minimum of five years of experience in a transactional paralegal role
• An intermediate or higher level of expertise in commercial loan closings, including document preparation, title and survey review, and managing due diligence checklists
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize assignments from multiple attorneys
• Experience with SoftPro a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team
