Commercial Truck Driver – Long Haul (CDL & Non-CDL | High-Performance Team)

Overview

We are hiring experienced CDL and Non-CDL Commercial Truck Drivers who operate with professionalism, discipline, and consistency. This is a long-haul position for individuals who understand the demands of the road and take pride in delivering results.

This is not an entry-level or low-effort role. Expectations are high, and performance matters—but so does how we support our drivers.

Schedule & Work Style

• 5 days on / 2 days home during active rotation
• After several consecutive weeks: extended, meaningful time off
• Designed for drivers who prefer focused, high-output work periods followed by real recovery time

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Safe, efficient operation of box trucks, tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated units, tankers, and other equipment (based on licensing)
• Consistent on-time deliveries with strict adherence to DOT regulations and safety standards
• Strong time management and independent execution on the road
• Accurate logs, inspections, and clear communication with dispatch
• Assisting with loading/unloading when required

Minimum Requirements (Strict)

• 2+ years commercial driving experience (box truck or tractor-trailer)
• Valid CDL or Non-CDL license appropriate for the vehicle being operated
• Proven ability to operate manual transmission vehicles safely and efficiently
• Clean background
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety compliance
• Ability to commute to City of Industry, CA (91746)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in freight transportation and route-based driving
• Background operating flatbeds, tankers, refrigerated trailers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks
• Experience with load/unload procedures and customer-facing deliveries
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
