What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting clients with professionalism and urgency
• Issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) quickly and accurately
• Supporting policy changes, renewals, and general service requests
• Handling day-to-day office and client service tasks
• Learning the ins and outs of commercial trucking insurance accounts

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty License (REQUIRED)
• Strong communication skills (phone + email)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Someone who takes initiative and wants to grow—not just “clock in/out”
• Bonus: Experience in commercial lines or trucking (not required, we’ll train the right person)
