TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading global real estate consultancy that have an active and aggressive growth plan across the Middle East but specifically in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client, known and recognised for being at the forefront of everything positive in the property consulting world seek MRICS commercial valuers from newly qualified to Associate level to aid the continued success of the business.

Working on some incredible instructions you will get involved with banks, classic commercial from major offices to malls and industrial sites you will have the brand and reputation of a global firm behind you to drive you on. Based from their Abu Dhabi office, but with significant interaction with the Dubai HQ, you will be expected to carry out inspections, writing high quality reports engaging with clients providing high level service in line with the reputation of the company.

What do you need to be selected?

• Degree in Real Estate or a related field.
• MRICS/FRICS.
• Solid understanding and proven experience valuing commercial assets.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise.
• Experience with the DCF valuation method as well as Excel.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English and ideally fluent in Arabic, but this is not essential.
