Job title: Commercial Vehicles Field Sales Executive
Job location: Sharjah , Fujairah , Ras al Khaimah
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our commercial vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of commercial vehicles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for commercial vehicle sales (e.g. logistics companies, construction firms, fleet operators, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct field visits to client locations to present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions based on business needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate test drives, vehicle inspections, and follow-ups.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product lines, pricing, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and dealership promotions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in commercial vehicles, automotive, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
