What You’ll Do:
- VRF/VRV installation, maintenance, and repair - factory trained on Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc.
- Service & maintain HVAC systems - chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps
- Diagnose & troubleshoot issues - provide solutions, and communicate with customers
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
- Work independently & collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service
- Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
- Mentor and guide less-experienced technicians
What You Bring:
✅ 5-7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
✅Strong understanding of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Variable Refrigerant Volume HVAC systems
✅Experience with Daikin and Mitsubishi technology preferred
✅ Universal EPA Certification
✅ Leadership skills & a team-first mindset
