Commerical Construction Project Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Construction Project Estimator, located in Fargo, ND. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects by analyzing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design plans. Day-to-day tasks include performing data analysis, evaluating project requirements, preparing budgets, managing costs, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure the feasibility and success of construction initiatives.

• Proficient in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation techniques
• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting for construction projects
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Highly organized with attention to detail, ensuring accurate project assessments and estimates
• Proficiency in relevant construction and estimation software tools
• Experience in commercial construction or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus
