Support procurement and subcontracting activities from a commercial perspective.
Review supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Conduct price comparison and commercial evaluation.
开展价格比较及商务评估。
prepare and negotiation of subcontract agreements.
分包合同编制及商务谈判。

Review project contract terms and identify risks.

Maintain contract registers and key contractual records.

Support interpretation of contractual clauses.
提供合同条款解释支持。

Prepare and maintain variation order records.

Support preparation and submission of variation and claim documents.

Coordinate with technical and project teams for supporting documents.
协调技术及项目团队提供支撑资料。
Track approval status and payment recovery.

工作任务 Tasks
Prepare interim payment applications and commercial reports.

Monitor project cash flow and payment status.

Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports.

6职责表述 Duty and Resonsibility : 项目商务协调 Project Commercial Coordination
工作任务 Tasks
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors on commercial matters.
协调业主、咨询、供应商及分包商商务工作。
Support project teams on commercial issues.
为项目团队提供商务支持。
Identify potential commercial risks and opportunities.
识别项目商务⻛险及机会。
内部协调关系 Key Internal Interaction Project Manager, Procurement Team, QAQC Team, Site Team, Document Controller
外部协调关系 Key External Interaction Client, EPC Contractor, Consultant, Suppliers, Subcontractor, Authorities
任职资格 Qualification & Skills Requirement
学历与专业Education Qualification and Major
Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.
工程造价、土木工程、工程管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
工作经验Specific / Relevant Working Experience
Minimum 5 years of EPC Camp or construction project commercial experience.
5年以上营地EPC或建筑项目商务管理经验。
UAE project experience is preferred.
有阿联酋项目经验优先。
Experience in camp projects and modular construction is preferred.
有营地及模块化项目经验优先。
知识与能力Job-specific Knowledge, Skills andAbilities
Familiar with contract administration, variation and claims procedures.
熟悉合同管理、变更及索赔流程。
Familiar with quantity take-off and cost estimation.
熟悉工程量计算及成本测算。
Familiar with FIDIC contract conditions is preferred.
熟悉FIDIC合同条件优先。
Good command of Excel and commercial reporting tools.
熟练使用Excel及商务分析工具。
Good English communication and negotiation skills.
具备良好的英语沟通及商务谈判能力。
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
