Cowboys Air Conditioning and Heating is hiring 3 Commercial HVAC Technicians who can do more than just fix equipment — we’re looking for someone who can diagnose, communicate, and deliver real solutions to homeowners.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Education and Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited HVAC program or relevant vocational training is REQUIRED.

Certifications:

• EPA Universal (required)
• Valid TDLR HVAC License (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (required)
• Additional certifications, such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence), are a plus.

Must Have and be able to:

• Provide your own tools
• Strong communication skills ( Non-negotiable)
• Perform in a fast paced, professional environment

Responsibilities:

• Running company-provided Commercial Service calls
• Diagnosing issues accurately and efficiently

Presenting homeowners with:

• Immediate repair options
• Long-term system and comfort solutions
• Communicating clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Taking ownership of each call from start to finish

Technical Skills:

• Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately.
• Experience with various (to include commercial specialty) tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair.

Communication:

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Experience presenting repair vs. replacement options
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
