- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes such as curries, biryani, kebabs, tandoori items, breads, and traditional gravies.
- Ensure proper mise en place is completed before service.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards set by the kitchen management.
- Assist senior chefs during food service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Properly store food items following FIFO and food safety standards.
- Must be a team player
