Commi 2 (Tandoor and Curry)

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes such as curries, biryani, kebabs, tandoori items, breads, and traditional gravies.
• Ensure proper mise en place is completed before service.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards set by the kitchen management.
• Assist senior chefs during food service operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Properly store food items following FIFO and food safety standards.
• Must be a team player

Pay: KD180.000 - KD200.000 per month
