Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Food Preparation:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking according to recipes and quality standards.
2. Kitchen Operations:
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure workstation is kept clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow FIFO and food storage protocols.
3. Product Quality and Consistency:
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Perform regular quality checks of prepared food.
- Report inconsistencies or spoilage to supervisors immediately.
4. Hygiene, Food Safety & Compliance:
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned area and kitchen tools.
- Assist in regular cleaning schedules and temperature checks.
5. Team Support and Development:
- Assist other kitchen staff during peak hours.
- Show willingness to learn and take on feedback for skill improvement.
- Attend daily briefings and kitchen meetings.
