Commi Chef (Hot Section)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Food Preparation:

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking according to recipes and quality standards.

2. Kitchen Operations:

  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure workstation is kept clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Follow FIFO and food storage protocols.

3. Product Quality and Consistency:

  • Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Perform regular quality checks of prepared food.
  • Report inconsistencies or spoilage to supervisors immediately.

4. Hygiene, Food Safety & Compliance:

  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned area and kitchen tools.
  • Assist in regular cleaning schedules and temperature checks.

5. Team Support and Development:

  • Assist other kitchen staff during peak hours.
  • Show willingness to learn and take on feedback for skill improvement.
  • Attend daily briefings and kitchen meetings.
