What You’ll Do

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes, helping create a memorable dining experience for our guests.
• Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Support with basic food preparation tasks, including cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow all kitchen safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with plating and presentation in line with restaurant standards.
• Learn and grow your culinary skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine is desirable.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
