About Sunny Park Deli

Sunny Park Deli is known for bringing authentic New York deli flavors to Dubai — from handcrafted bagels to signature sandwiches and breakfast classics. We’re passionate about quality, consistency, and great hospitality, and we’re looking for a motivated Commis 2 to join our growing kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place
• Support senior chefs in maintaining kitchen operations and food quality
• Follow recipes and portion standards for all deli and breakfast menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and storing ingredients properly
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (deli, café, or casual dining preferred)Basic understanding of food prep and kitchen operations
• Strong English language and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be available to work weekends and public holidays as per schedule
