Commis 1 (Continental)

The Commis 1 (Continental) role involves preparing and cooking continental cuisine under the guidance of senior chefs. This position is ideal for someone passionate about culinary arts and eager to develop their skills in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

· Prepare and Cook continental and Filipino dishes according to recipes

· Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations

· Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

· Maintain inventory and stock level.

· Comply with health and safety regulations

· Support in menu development and planning

Qualifications

· Diploma or certification in culinary arts

· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in continental and Filipino cuisine

· Strong understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards

· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Preferably Filipino nationality
