UNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

  • Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors.
  • Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.
  • Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.
  • Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
  • Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary.
  • Plates meal items under the chef de partie supervision
  • Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies.
  • Assisting in the food preparation process
  • Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
  • Assisting other Chefs
  • Understand and adhere to all CORE’s policies including but not limited to CORE Code of Conduct
  • REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLEExperience &qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred.
  • 1 year of work experience in a similar role
  • Associate degree, diploma, or certification in culinary arts is advantageous.

Knowledge &skillsFURTHER INFORMATION▪ The employee has to perform any other job-related tasks, as required by his/her direct manager.

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼2,800.00 per hour
