UNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors.
- Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.
- Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.
- Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
- Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary.
- Plates meal items under the chef de partie supervision
- Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies.
- Assisting in the food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
- Assisting other Chefs
- Understand and adhere to all CORE’s policies including but not limited to CORE Code of Conduct
- REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLEExperience &qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred.
- 1 year of work experience in a similar role
- Associate degree, diploma, or certification in culinary arts is advantageous.

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼2,800.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
