Commis Chef

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’ professional kitchen experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation and kitchen operations
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and UAE food safety standards
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and basic dishes as instructed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times
• Report any spoiled or unsafe food items immediately to the Head Chef or management
• Follow standard recipes, portion control, and kitchen SOPs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate availability preferred

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
