Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Emirati dishes according to established recipes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation.
• Ensure all kitchen operations meet Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee kitchen organization and equipment maintenance.
• Manage kitchen workflow efficiently during peak hours.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Emirati or Khaleeji traditional cooking.
• Deep knowledge of local spices and authentic cooking techniques.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably with a transferable visa, though visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
